Skyrim SE Posted July 17, 2023 New to HighPoly head, and for that matter, racemenu head-swapping (ie sculpt) in Skyrim as well. Bottom line, they never look like the mod snapshots, even when I've installed every soft dependency they list.

There are some clipping issues, hairs not sticking to the head in few cases, some problems with elf heads - which means that you need to fix hairs via sculpt from RaceMenu. REQUIREMENTS: High Poly Head 1.4 - tick High Poly Vanilla Hair in the FOMOD installer. High Poly Vanilla Hair (HPVH) - to replace assets from HPH with some better ones.

I have installed the required prerequisites: RaceMenu (LE, SE) Expressive Facegen Morphs (LE, SE) [optional] - This doesn't seem to work. I haven't noticed any polygon improvements in RaceMenu char edit. Expressive Facial Animation Male Edition (LE, SE) [optional]

What I did was extract the high poly head zip into my C:/NOLVUS/ARCHIVE folder in the directory, that I set to be the archive folder for the unzipped folders containing the mods more than NOLVUS dashboard to install by said app. sorry if that was a little confusing, I explained it but if you have any questions, feel free to.

Loaded the high poly head.esm and the custom races you want to patch. Check the race morph the custom race uses which you can see at the bottom of the race tab. Go the High Poly Head.esm under head parts and right-click the head that matches the custom race for male and female (and vampires if they will have different textures) then select.
